There is / There are

Usa "there is" per dire che qualcosa esiste o per descrivere un sostantivo singolare o non numerabile. Usa "there are" per sostantivi plurali. Nelle domande inverti soggetto e verbo: "Is there...?"

Usa "there is/are" per introdurre o annunciare l'esistenza di qualcosa. È molto comune per descrivere cosa c'è in un posto o per affermare che qualcosa esiste (o non esiste).

Suggerimento
