O Futuro Perfeito descreve uma ação que estará concluída antes de um momento específico no futuro. É formado com will have + particípio passado. É frequentemente usado com "by" + um tempo futuro.
QUANDO USAR
Use para uma ação que estará terminada antes de um tempo específico ou antes de outra ação no futuro. Comumente usado com "by", "by the time" ou "before".
ESTRUTURA

ERROS COMUNS
By next year, I will finish my degree.
By next year, I will have finished my degree.
Para expressar conclusão antes de um tempo futuro, use will have + V3, não will + V.
By the time you will arrive, we will have left.
By the time you arrive, we will have left.
Depois de "by the time", use o presente simples, não o futuro — mesma regra das outras orações temporais.
Dica
Teste com "by + tempo": se você pode dizer "até [algum ponto futuro], X estará feito", o futuro perfeito cabe. A chave é a conclusão ANTES desse ponto, não NESSE ponto.
