Future Simple (will)

Usa "will" para hacer predicciones sobre el futuro, para hablar de decisiones espontáneas tomadas en el momento de hablar, y para expresar promesas u ofertas. Se forma con will + forma base del verbo.

CUÁNDO USAR

Usa "will" para decisiones espontáneas (tomadas en el momento de hablar), predicciones basadas en opinión o creencia, promesas, ofertas y peticiones. NO para eventos futuros planeados de antemano (usa "going to").

ESTRUCTURA

positiveS + will + V (base form)

I think it will rain tomorrow.

Creo que **lloverá** mañana.

negativeS + won't + V (base form)

She won't forget your birthday.

Ella **no olvidará** tu cumpleaños.

questionWill + S + V (base form)?

Will you help me with this?

¿Me **ayudarás** con esto?

ERRORES COMUNES

I will to call you later.

I will call you later.

Después de "will", usa la forma base — NO "to + verbo"

I will going to the party tonight.

I will go to the party tonight.

Usa "will + verbo base", no "will + going to"

Consejo

Una forma rápida de distinguir "will" de "going to": si decidiste ANTES del momento de hablar → usa "going to". Si decides EN el momento de hablar → usa "will".
